Graeme Berglund

Executive Producer Graeme Berglund will be the lead development consultant and
curator. Graeme is a local artist represented by the Douglas Udell Gallery in
Vancouver and showing with White Walls in San Francisco. He is one of the founding
members of Fracture Industries that originally started the Cheaper Show series
of events. He is a contributing illustrator to the Georgia Straight and Co-Founder
of The Cartelera Talent House. He is part of the music project, Illiterature.
He runs two art studios in EastVan that supply space to 35 artists. He was lead
coordinator on the production of the last Cheaper Show installment, as well as
on various other arts related endeavors in the city of Vancouver.

Heidi Iro

Producer Heidi Iro hails to Vancouver from Vienna, Austria. After spending 6
years in the film Industry, she spent 4 years working as part of the Red Bull
Canada marketing team, coordinating their promotional teams and being part of
the production team organizing large-scale events such as Red Bull Flugtag and
Red Bull Elevation. In 2007 Heidi launched Trick17 Productions and her first
brand event The Trick17 Stop Motion Film Competition. Heidi and Trick17 Productions
are currently developing a number or projects involving the Vancouver artist
community. She is also a member of The Cartelera Talent House.
Co-Curator
Meghan Paterson
Co-Curator Meghan Paterson was born on the West Coast’s Gooch Island.
Her mother sent her to study with an eccentric woman who took her under
her wing and trained her in extensive lessons on the human figure. Taking
inspiration from artists with a classical approach such as Egon Schiele
and Tamara de Lempicka, as well as being drawn to some of the street
level aesthetic of Margaret Killgallen and Barry McGee, she has proven
to be highly skilled in portraiture. She has assisted in several productions
of The Cheaper Show as part of the collective Fracture Industries. Meghan
is the director of the discreet nomadic space called Mercy Gallery. She
is also a member of The Cartelera Talent House.
Executive Assistant | Volunteer Coordinator
Zoe Peled
Zoe is a Vancouver-born artist,
recently graduated from the Emily Carr Photography program. In May, she
was one of several ECIAD students to open Plank Gallery. Situated in
the DTES, Plank aims to contribute towards the revitalization of the
community through the arts, offering opportunity for artists on an equal
level. Zoe writes for the Whitehot Magazine of Contemporary Art, in addition
to several local arts publications. For over a year, she has sat on the
board for CARFAC BC, a national organization that defends the legal and
economic rights of artists. Headed towards a curatorial career, Zoe has
worked with the Vancouver Art Gallery & Jeffrey
Boone. She does freelance photography, writing, and simultaneously, aims
to save every animal she can.
